Early Arrivals & Late Departures
Early check-in is subject to availability of rooms on the day of arrival and confirmation by the residence.
We will endeavour to accommodate guests’ late departure request until 12.00 PM, free of charge, subject to room availability.
For check-outs after 12.00 pm BUT before 6.00 pm 50% of the applicable tariff will be charged (including Lunch). For check-outs beyond 6.00 pm, the full day’s Tariff will apply.
Children below 5 years of age can be accommodated for free with no extra bed provided. An extra bed can be provided for a child below 5 years for a charge of 50% of the applicable tariff
Guests between 5-12 years of age will be charged 50% of the applicable tariff.
In case of unavailability of Single Room a Double Room would be allocated and you will be charged US$10 extra for the unused bed, same would apply if a Triple Room is occupied by 2 guests or a Quad Room is occupied by 3 Guests.
Cancellation Policy: Booking once confirmed cannot be cancelled. The residence will endeavour to accommodate reasonable modifications where possible.

Please send us Passport and Visa copies of all guests in this booking at least a week before arrival, failure to do so can result in cancellation of your booking, Insha’Allah this will also smoothen the check-in process on your arrival.
