Al Najaf Residence

Spend your days and nights in the serene embrace of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (as) and then walk just a few steps to your comfortable home in the Holy City – where you will meet friends and family members from all around the world – many of whom you might not have seen in a while. Since it opened in 2016, the Al-Najaf Residence has become a home away from home for our guests and something of a central hub in Najaf for people staying in other hotels to drop by and meet residents or join them for a delicious meal. 

The proximity of the residence to the Holy Shrine means you can be inside the haram within a few minutes of leaving your room. A beautiful heritage property located 50m alongside the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (as) with a shared wall, the Al-Najaf Residence is the perfect base from which to visit the Holy City of Kufa and the surrounding ziarats. The residence has 30 rooms (with a capacity to host 70 guests) all with en-suites and individual reverse-cycle air-conditioning. A beautiful open central atrium contains two lifts that make this property accessible to those with mobility challenges. A separate ladies and gents majlis room in the basement and a roof-top dining room with a balcony that overlooks the golden dome of the Holy Shrine are lovely touches that you will look forward to returning to at the end of your day.
