Al Qasr Residence
With partial opening of 110 rooms (340 beds) from the 2nd quarter of 2021, the new 14-story Al Qasr Residence provides zaireen with modern comfort in the Holy City of Karbala mere footsteps to bain-al-haramain. The extension of the shrine and sehen currently underway will mean that the haram precinct will begin almost at the door-step of the residence which is situated on Imam Hussain a.s. Bab-al-Qibla street. Khaimega is on a parallel street. Al Qasr Residence has a rooftop restaurant and several rooms with spectacular unobstructed views of the Holy Shrines and the surrounding area. All rooms in the 143 room (460 guest capacity) Al Qasr Residence will have en-suites and individual reverse-cycle air-conditioning. Every floor has a resident’s lounge with tea and coffee facilities. The beautiful Kashi tilework and other embellishments on the façade have been matched by the beautifully designed internal spaces of the property – providing a serene, aesthetically pleasing and spiritually uplifting experience for visitors and guests.

The head-chefs at all Pilgrims Residences have been selected to cater to the tastes of our customers, with a focus on delicious home-style sub-continental and multi-cuisine non-vegetarian and vegetarian flavours.
Timings (subject to change):
Breakfast: 8:00am – 10:00am
Lunch: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Dinner: 8:00pm - 10:00pm
All rooms include 3 meals and all-day tea/coffee and packaged water.
Breakfast:
Breakfast includes a daily rotating main-theme in addition to continental breakfast standards, eggs & juices. The themes include North & South Indian favourites.
Lunch & Dinner:
Lunch and Dinner are served as buffets including Indian & International mains as well as soup and dessert.
The typical buffet includes an appetiser/starter, salads, soups, 2-3 main dishes and 1-2 deserts including fruits
Coffee, Tea & Drinks:
Tea, Coffee and soft drinks are complimentary for full-board residents and available 24 hrs a day in the restaurant.*
