Al Kadhmiya Residence

With the opening of the Al Kadhmiya Residence in January 2019, zaireen can finally stay in comfort for several days in the Holy City of Kadhmain rather than transiting through to Samarra as they used to in the past in what was inevitably an exhausting journey.  This also allows zaireen to visit the other significant sites in the vicinity – such as the area where Imam al-Kadhim (as) was jailed as well as the graves of Sheikh al Kulayni (the author of Al Kafi), the grave of Sheikh Abul Hasan Ali ibn Muhammad al-Samarri - the 4th naib of Imam al Hujjah (atf). The graves of the other 3 naibs as well as the graves of Prophet Usrah (Joshua) (pbuh) and Wahab ibn Amr (‘Bahlool’) are approximately an hour away. Zaireen can also visit nearby al-Mada’in where they will find the graves of Salman al-Mohammadi (‘al-Farsi’) and Jabir Ibn Abdallah al-Ansari.

Set on the immediate boundary of the Holy Shrines, the Al Kadhmiya Residence offers spectacular, unobstructed, panoramic views of the beautiful twin golden Holy domes. Step out and you are at the doorstep of the Holy shrines. A roof-top restaurant and several rooms with breath-taking 180-degree views of the Holy harams means that you can continue your ziarat even when you return to the residence. Many of the fittings in the 25 room (76 guest capacity) Al Kadhmiya Residence have been hand-picked to add to the serene and spiritual feel – from the wall and ceiling lights to the tiling and artwork. All rooms have en-suites and individual reverse-cycle air-conditioning. A lift in the atrium makes this property accessible to those with mobility challenges.
